Dick has over 50 years boating experience, holds a 50 ton US Coast Guard Ships Masters License, is a qualified Coxswain and Operations Specialist, Vessel Examiner and Instructor in the USCG Auxiliary, and is the Squadron Education Officer for the Sanibel U.S. Power Squadron
